Delivery

Every item will show a postage cost based on weight and size and this will be automatically entered onto the invoice at the checkout stage. 

Once an order is recieved and payment has been made, delivery is estimated within 7 days unless specified for speciallity items i.e personalised orders, these may take up to 28 days and we will advise of the expected delivery time for such items.

All items will be sent Royal Mail 1st class or by courier. There will be choices to pay more for special delivery but this will be up to the customer. Notification will be sent when the order is dispatched.

We obtain proof of postage but we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post unless they are sent registered.

In the event of needing to return faulty goods then please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a refund/replacement.
